We are raising funds this year to help build several wooden platforms along the edge of the Claypit Pond at Sandy Creek Nature Center, behind the Walker Hall complex at the south end of the property. These platforms replace older, well-used structures that have reached the end of their usable life. New platforms will allow students, summer campers, and families to explore pond ecology, join fishing programs, and visit new areas of the Claypit Pond. Donations made during the 2023-2024 fiscal year will be earmarked for the “Claypit Pond Exploration Stations” project. Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate $5 or $500.
